Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book my photoshoot?

It’s best to book 2–4 weeks in advance for standard shoots and 3–12 months ahead for weddings or peak-season events.

Short-notice bookings are sometimes possible depending on availability.

Do you require a deposit to secure a booking?

Yes. A non-refundable booking fee (30-50%) is required to secure your date and time.

This ensures your slot is reserved and allows me to begin planning and preparation.

How long does it take to receive my edited photos?

Turnaround time depends on the type of shoot usually smaller sessions can take between 3-14 days. Whereas larger scale events such as weddings could vary between 4-8 weeks.

Express delivery is available as an add-on.

Do you travel, and is there an extra cost?

Yes, absolutely — I travel locally and internationally.


For local shoots, travel within 30km of my surrounding area is included.

For locations outside this radius, a standard fuel or travel fee applies, depending on the distance and destination.


For international weddings and destination bookings, travel works differently. These projects typically require the client to cover flights,accommodation,local transport and any additional travel-related expenses.


I always provide a clear and customised travel quote so you know exactly what to expect before confirming your booking.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will i receive unedited or RAW photos?

No. I provide only high-quality, fully edited images that represent my professional work.

RAW or unedited files are not released unless otherwise agreed upon.

Can I reschedule my shoot?

Yes.

You may reschedule once free of charge if you notify me 72  hours in advance.

Late cancellations may require a new booking fee.

Can I bring friends or family to the shoot?

Yes of course, as long as it does not disrupt the session.

For portrait shoots, 1–2 support people are welcome.

For events, this does not apply as all guests are naturally present.

Can you help with posing? I’m not used to being in front of a camera.

Absolutely!

I guide clients throughout the entire session to ensure you feel confident, natural, and comfortable.
